How can I view a rental? If you find something of interest on our website that does not require a personal showing (sometimes we advertise before vacancy which would require we schedule something with the current tenant), you can stop by our office to pick up keys for a personal viewing at 5476 Reno Corporate Drive. Key checkout requires a $40 cash deposit and a copy of your identification. We check out keys for a two-hour timeframe, so the keys need to be checked out two hours prior to our closing time as there are no overnight key checkouts. Please feel free to print out a copy of our key checkout form below and have this completed when you come in to expedite the processing. Several of our properties are on a Rently lockbox. If you want to view one of these properties, just go to https://secure.alwashow.com/propertiesSearch on your smart phone. It will charge you $.99 to check out the key from the lock box located on the property.
How much is the deposit? Typically deposits equal one months’ rent and can not be split into lower payments as this is the only security an owner has against damage. There is an additional deposit for pets – but as each property has different requirements, please inquire about pets prior to completing our credit application or signing a lease.
